📋 Qualifications and Salary Grades

Below are the general qualification standards and key responsibilities for each position:

🧩 1. Project Assistant III (SG 12)

Number of Vacancies: 2
Nature of Appointment: Contract of Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience

• Preferably with experience in research, data analysis, or project coordination

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Monthly Rate: Equivalent to SG 12 (PhP 32,245.00 + 15% Premium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing DAP’s development programs and projects

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates

• Provide logistical and administrative support to project teams

🧩 2. Associate Project Officer II (SG 17)

Number of Vacancies: 1
Nature of Appointment: Contract of Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Management, or related field

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in project management

• Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills

Monthly Rate: Equivalent to SG 17 (PhP 47,247.00 + 15% Premium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor ongoing projects and deliverables

• Coordinate with partner institutions and stakeholders

• Prepare technical reports and presentations

• Support evaluation and quality assurance of program outcomes

🧩 3. Associate Project Officer III (SG 18)

Number of Vacancies: 1
Nature of Appointment: Contract of Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position

• At least three (3) years of progressive experience in development work or government projects

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Monthly Rate: Equivalent to SG 18 (PhP 51,304.00 + 15% Premium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Lead coordination with project teams and government partners

• Provide policy and technical recommendations

• Ensure adherence to DAP’s goals, timelines, and performance standards
