Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% or its equivalent with no failing grades

The OFW parent/sibling must have a monthly salary of USD $1,000 or below

Proof of OFW income:

The identity of the OFW and dependent will be verified via the Membership Processing System (MPS).

The Benefits Availment Program (BAP) will check if other family members are already availing of OWWA scholarships.

If submitted documents are incomplete, the OWWA Regional Welfare Office (RWO) may request additional documents.
