  • Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% or its equivalent with no failing grades

  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university in the Philippines

Scholarship Benefit:

  • Financial assistance of β‚±60,000.00 per year

  • Proof of identity:

    • OFW: Copy of valid passport (bio or info page)

    • Dependent: Valid school ID or any government ID, and birth or baptismal certificate

  • Academic records:

    • Grades from SY 2023–2024 or 2024–2025 (Form 137, Form 10 [TOR], Form 138, or Certificate of Grades)

Who Can Apply?

  • Children or siblings of active OWWA members

  • Must be incoming 1st year college students for SY 2025–2026

Qualifications:

  • Must be single

  • Not over 21 years old

  • The OFW parent/sibling must have a monthly salary of USD $1,000 or below

  • Must have a GWA of at least 75%

  • Must be enrolled in a Philippine-based college/university

Scholarship Benefit:

  • Financial assistance of β‚±20,000.00 per year

Requirements:

  • Proof of identity (same as EDSP)

  • Proof of OFW income:

    • OEC, payslip, employment certificate, or any official document proving salary or employment status
